Here is a nice measurement of the Portuguese TDT ("Televisão Digital Terrestre"):

In one single screen, the following information is automatically measured:

• Transponder frequency (754MHz)
• Transponder bandwidth at -6dB (8MHz)
• Signal to noise ratio (16.4dB)
• Signal power (62.9dB)
• Real time spectrum
• Waterfall diagram
